A bold and brash approach was taken for the design of the Developing East Arnhem Limited 2016-2017 Annual Report. The client’s logo was the prime inspiration that drove the feel of the overall design with the bold and vibrant colours of that logo a driving force throughout the annual report. Along with the colours we incorporated the use of brush strokes to emulate the look of the natural art of the indigenous people of the region.
As part of the design of the annual report a series of icons were developed to illustrate various aspects of the council and to enhance the infographics that were present throughout the layout. A bold line art style of design was chosen to stand out and highlight vital information in the annual report.
